开拓国际视野 传承模联精神——我校第五届外语节系列活动之五 ：第三届模拟联合国...
本帖最后由 滨海小外TBFLS 于 2018-1-3 19:27 编辑2017年12月23日，以“慎思笃行 共享和平”为主题，我校召开了“天津外大滨海附校第三届模拟联合国大会”，包括中学部模联社团和小学各部模联启蒙社团在内的百余名中小学师生参加了本次大会。
上午8时整，本次大会的开幕式在报告厅准时召开。生态城管委会团委茹铁虎书记、团委干事张研，我校俞爽副校长，团委刘丹书记,教务处熊华副主任和部分家长代表出席了本次开幕式仪式。俞爽副校长在开幕式致辞中，解读了模拟联合国活动的起源，强调了其对于加强中小学生国际理解教育的积极意义，明确了参加模拟联合国活动对开拓学生国际视野、提高学生综合素质、丰富学生课余生活的重要意义，她还对本次会议做出期待和展望，希望各位代表积极参会，在会中有所感悟，有所收获，并宣布本次大会正式开幕。
随后，英文场主席刘璐（来自天津外国语大学）和中文场主席樊潇（来自高三2班）分别对中英文会场做了简短的介绍。英文场王亦申（来自小学二部六年2班）和中文场马千丰（来自高二1班）作为参会代表进行了精彩发言。来自南加利福尼亚大学、陕西师范大学、塘沽一中等9所学校的模联代表向我校发来贺词。开幕式上，小学部的代表们还为大家带来了精彩的国际文化展演，小学部同学们生动有趣的表演，受到大家的一致好评。
上午9时30分，包括主新闻中心（MPC）在内的三个会场同时进入正式会议阶段。中英文会场分别围绕“The South China Sea Issue”和“如何应对家庭、校园以及社区内的儿童被欺凌现象”两个议题展开讨论，会场讨论气氛热烈，学术气息浓厚，各代表团分工明确，中小学代表在会场内共同谈判、磋商，结合自身国家核心利益组成相关利益集团，互相竞争，相互合作，最大限度地还原了现实世界外交场上的博弈场景。各主席团成员也认真负责履职，认真解答各位代表们所提出的问题，并不断引导、推动会议进程。
本次校会有两个亮点：一是采用一个中学生带一个小学生代表的双代表制，使大会更具温度与传承性；另外，增设了主新闻中心会场，主新闻会场的记者全程跟踪报道会议，使得会议结构更加完整，会议流程更加清晰，期间，还召开了专题性的新闻发布会。最终，中英文两个场次的会议均通过相应的决议草案，推动大会两个会场的议题讨论圆满结束！
下午4时10分，闭幕式准时在报告厅举行。中英文会场主席分别就两会场的会议情况做了详细学术报告，并宣布获奖同学名单。模联社团指导老师杨霄对本次大会做了精彩学术点评，创新性解读了MUN的在我校的特殊含义，并高度肯定了本次校会所达成的学术成果，鼓励同学们不忘初心，继续前行，保持一份对模拟联合国活动的热爱，学在其中、乐在其中。最后，本届校会秘书长樊潇宣读本届大会闭幕辞，并宣布本届模拟联合国大会正式闭幕。至此，我校第三届模拟联合国大会正式落下帷幕。
本次第三届模拟联合国校会践行了我校“融中西文化，育国际英才”的办学理念，标志着我校模拟联合国社团建设达到一个新的高度，象征着我校自主办会能力得到了跨越式的提升，更体现出我校模联人较强的参会能力和良好的语言沟通、表达能力。同时，也为我校模拟联合国社团的健康有序发展奠定了坚实的基础！See you next year！
The 3rd MUN Conference Held in Tianjin Binhai Foreign Language School
The 3rd Model United Nations Conference in our school was held on Dec.23rd, 2017. More than one hundred teachers and students from MUN Club of primary school and secondary school attended the meeting.The opening ceremony officially kicked off at 8 o'clock. Mr. Ru Tiehu, Secretary of Youth League Committee in Eco-city; Mr. Zhang Yan, staff of Youth League Committee in Eco-city; Ms. Yu Shuang, Deputy Principal of our school; Ms. Liu Dan, Secretary of Youth League Committee in our school, Ms. Xiong Hua, Deputy Director of Teaching Affairs Department and other guests partook in. Deputy Principal Yu Shuang made the welcome speech. She elaborated the development and the great significance of MUN Club in our school. Also she hoped that every delegate could seize the opportunity to broaden their international horizons, improve their comprehensive abilities and learn from the valuable experience. Then she declared the opening of this year's MUN Conference. Later, Liu lu (student from Tianjin Foreign Studies University), chair of English Commission, and Fan Xiao (student in Class 2 Senior 3), chair of Chinese Commission made brief introductions to each commission respectively. Wang Yishen (student from Class2, Grade 6 of campus two), delegate of English Commission, and Ma Qianfeng (student from Class 1, Senior 2), delegate of Chinese Commission delivered their speeches on behalf of all delegates. MUN representatives from altogether 9 schools, including University of Southern California, Shaanxi Normal University, Tanggu No.1 High School, sent their speech of congratulations. Meanwhile, delegates from primary schools produced wonderful performances on international culture.At 9:30, English session, Chinese session and MPC started their meeting. The topic of English Commission is "The South China Sea Issue", while that of Chinese Commission is "Fight Against Bullying". Delegates of each session spared no efforts to discuss the topics and work together to compete and cooperate with each other. Chair members also guided the meeting to a new and high level. Delegates from primary school and secondary school working together to represent one country and the establishment of MPC have made this year's MUN Conference different from previous ones. After concerted efforts, draft resolutions from both sessions have been made and passed successfully.The closing ceremony was held at 16:10 in lecture hall. Conference reports were made respectively by chairs of English and Chinese commission. Mr. Yang Xiao, guidance teacher of MUN Club in our school, made wonderful comments. He redefined "MUN" in our school innovatively and encouraged students to stay true to the mission and keep going forward to learn more in the days to come. Finally, Fan Xiao, secretary-general of MUN Conference delivered the closing speech and declared the closing of this year's conference.Under the guidance of school-running principle -- combining Chinese and western culture, cultivating international talents, the 3rd MUN Conference was held successfully, which shows our MUN Club has reached a new level and our students have improved their comprehensive abilities required. Moreover, it has laid a solid foundation for the sound development of our MUN Club in the future.
