旅游区为啥没有像生态城这样的规划图呢

强烈要求公布旅游区规划图。要不怎么买房呢。谁知道那里建设啥玩意

旅游区原来有规划的，并入生态城管辖后都改了，现在好像也没有具体的规划了

另外规划这东西当官的可是不想公布出来的，因为会影响买地的开发商利益，如果太透明了，都让老百姓知道了，老百姓就提前就想买哪里而不买哪里，会影响部分开发商的利益。所以政府既然卖地拿了开发商的钱，就会考虑维护开发商的利益。生态城也并没有说具体哪里有什么，而是写的公共类，商业类还是住宅类等等。不会提前告诉你哪是某学校，哪是好地方，哪是受益少的地方。政府鸡贼着呢。

中新合作区是两国政府做的规划，所以很全面落实也到位，旅游区原规划是区域政府的规划，不给看最好，因为不适合目前发展状况，合并之后具体什么规划也都在计划中，中加片区、南湾片区有规划可以看看。

就目前形势楼主就闭着眼买吧！能买到就是烧高香了:lol再犹豫不是规划的问题，是多掏很多银子肾疼的问题了;P
