请问跟万科比怎么样？
看清楚我说的房子本身，万科就物业口碑好，房子哪里好了？你看过两家房子吗？你去看看远雄装修，楼道，大厅，油画，瓷砖，大灯，很大气，屋里开间大，壁纸更显高大，大地砖，有那个小区能比？其他小区白灰墙都刷的烂糟糟的，更别说万科了，条线地砖都被几十年前淘汰的产品，又窄有难看，不要人云亦云，误导大家，只是物业好，大家都承认。。好不？？
房子本身是生态城最好的，物业一直在改善中

我也想知道远雄兰苑暖气怎么样？还有太阳能好用吗？
暖气很热，都是267度，有个阳台没暖气我觉得正好，冬天放好多东西，不怕坏，

现房132的只有顶楼了，120多的户型有点奇怪…请问这个小区怎么样啊？ 感覺挺好的 還在進一步的改善
